  • Why is the survey important, how does it effect change?
You have heard that management said that your opinion counts, but you wonder what difference your involvement can possibly make. Sharing your ideas is part of making real change happen. While change doesn't always happen quickly, the thoughts you share through this survey will be used to plan investments in the workplace and to implement procedural changes that employees identify as important.
  • What happens to my results?
When you fill out the survey it is sent to Gallup (via the internet). The data is processed and specific names or other identifying information is removed. A series of reports is then compiled for FSA based on work units. This information is sent to FSA and is distributed to appropriate work units. All managers and work teams are responsible to ensue that issues raised in the reports are discussed and that change occurs as a result of the survey.

  • Can my managers identify me from my responses?
No. The only information FSA will receive is a collective breakdown of a work unit. The reports Gallup provides to FSA contain only totals for the work unit, comments are edited to ensure that they do not identify any one person.
